Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based, solution-focused and goal-oriented form of psychotherapy. In these interactive group sessions, you will learn the skills and strategies to identify, evaluate and consciously develop how your thoughts, attitudes and beliefs are connected with your emotions and behaviors.
